Answers to the most common questions about KARD.
What is KARD?
KARD is a place for sports and trading card collectors. Scan your cards, show off your collection, talk with other collectors, and buy, sell or trade cards. KARD is the token used to post, comment and like.
What do posts, comments and likes cost?
Posting and commenting each cost 1 KARD. A like costs 1 KARD, and 0.9 of it goes to the author of the post. The cost is always shown before you confirm.
What are the marketplace fees?
Buyers pay a small fee on each order, shown before you pay. Marketplace fees fund community rewards. Trades cost $2.00 for each side.
How does shipping work?
Sellers print a label in the app and ship within 3 business days. Tracked shipping is required for orders of $20 or more. After delivery you have 3 days to inspect the card before the seller is paid.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Open a dispute during the inspection period. Support reviews it and can refund you in full, refund part of the order, or release the payment to the seller.
How do wallets and allowances work?
Your KARD stays in your own wallet. You approve a spending allowance for in-app actions, and you can change or revoke it at any time from the wallet screen.
